Welcome to Afrimax Uganda Ltd. We are a newly launched ISP offering quality 4G wireless broadband Internet services to companies and households in Kampala. In future we will extend our network and service to other parts of the country.
We are part of the larger Afrimax Group with ISP operations in other African countries.
Job Overview:
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the provision of 24 x 7 telephonic, email, face to face and social media points of contact for customers to obtain information and support regarding Afrimax products and services. The main objective of the Representative is to ensure that they assist customers with their inquiries, questions or problems and provide an excellent customer experience.
Job Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in a business–related course
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Sales position
- At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory position
- Excellent people-management, motivation and team building skills
- Excellent written and oral English language skills
- Highly proficient in all MS Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Prior experience working in a similar position will be an added advantage
- Reporting skills
- Willingness to work long hours as and when required
Other desirable Skills:
- Self-driven with the ability to motivate subordinates
- Customer and service oriented
- Management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to plan, prioritise, monitor and take decisive action

Job Duties:
- Coach, counsel, recruit, train and discipline the sales persons
- Evaluate on-the-job performance for direct reports
- Ensure that his/her team is up to date with the company’s product offerings
- Organize special and outdoor events
- Draw up and agree route plans for the direct sales staff
- Maintain the Afrimax Group brand in all interactions with customers
