Job Duties:
In this position you will be responsible for understanding and communicating client requirements for successful project delivery. 
  • Analyze an organization and understand what makes it tick
  • Unearth the root cause(s) of a client’s pain points, validating the business opportunity or problem as an opportunity for a software solution or an organizational transformation solution
  • Provide expertise in the area of business case development
  • Facilitate workshops and sessions that generate the content for solutions and gain buy in for solution
  • Create and articulate the “big picture” of the solution to delivery and client teams to understand cross functional inter-dependencies and impact
  • Define key objectives and ‘to-be” state, identify success factors, and comprehend constraints, challenges and risk
  • Educate and championing the processes and practices of the Agile and Lean methodology
  • Orchestrate the collaboration between, Product Owner, Business Sponsors, SMEs, Testers and Development groups by removing roadblocks and facilitating communication
  • Become a trusted and valued partner of the Product Owner, client’s business stakeholders and client executives
  • Be an inspiration for innovation to the client.

Job Requirements:
  • A broad enterprise-wide view and understanding of business processes and drivers having significant work experience at a senior level within large – medium size business corporations
  • Demonstrated experience working successfully with teams to deliver software
  • Experience prioritizing competing demands and obtaining buy-in from stakeholders
  • Ideally experienced working as part of a consulting organization
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve conflict with stakeholders
  • Experience modeling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques
  • Strong facilitation experience

Job Duties:
  •     Assist in the execution of approved policies and procedures on information management and enterprise resource planning.
  •     Assist in gathering user requirements for the development of ERP and collaboration solutions to support the IT strategy.
  •     Assist in the delivery of technical solutions and general support to end-users of ERP and collaboration solutions.
  •     Offer technical support in the execution of technical test plans for ERP and collaboration solutions change, new deployment and upgrades.
  •     Assist in the development of a proactive maintenance cycle per application and keep application documentation updated at all times.
  •     Maintain and support existing ERP and collaboration solutions/environment involving identification and resolution of bugs, defects and process issues.

We are growing quickly. In six years, we have grown to serve 135,000 farm families with more than 1,000 full-time field staff. Last season our Kenyan logistics department delivered over 6 million Kgs of inputs to our farmers.

Job Description: 
We are seeking a Logistics Support Data Analyst who will use a proprietary inventory management software (Training offered upon hiring) to keep track of inventory movements across all One Care Fund Kenya’s warehouses and stores.

The Analyst will be asked to keep organized records and perform reconciliation of data where necessary.

Job Duties

  • Inventory Management – Overseeing and handling day-to-day management of inventory related operations including, but not limited to:
  • Daily cycle counts
  • Ensuring all inventory movements are tracked in the stock cards and through receipts
  • Tracking input transfers
  • Data entry of daily/weekly stock movements across 7+ warehouses across Kenya
  • Support regular auditing of all inventory and inventory related documentation
  • Inflow support – Help organize and QC any numbers going into and out of the inflow Database
  • Manage payment request process: Handle all logistics payment requests.
  • Responsible for preparing and submitting timely and relevant internal inventory reports to the Logistics Team Management as well as to other relevant internal and external parties.
  • Security of all documents such as stock cards, delivery notes, receipts, distribution sheets, purchase orders and invoices for the logistics department.
  • Any other related duty as assigned by the supervisor

Provides technical support and guidance to staff and partners in the region and in country offices. Implements and monitors technical strengthening initiatives. Develops adoption and/or training strategy, designs and conducts training or adoption activities for a specific technical area. Creates scientific and technical material in area of expertise. Assists and gives guidance with development of proposals. Works with communities and partners to maximize local capacity. Evaluates programmatic effectiveness and provides technical assessment reports.

Accountabilities:
  •     Provides technical support in the development and dissemination of tools, materials, reports, papers, and intervention for research projects.
  •     Works closely with assigned team to ensure activities are implemented according to standard operating procedures (SOP’s).
  •     Writes and edits technical reports and documents. Assists with publications, web pages, and presentations.’
  •     Conducts searches of published literature on evolving issues in assigned technical area.
