ActionAid Uganda (AAU), a national development organization registered under the laws of Uganda and with a local Board seeks to recruit suitably qualified, self-driven, result-oriented candidates for the following positions: Projects Manager, Monitoring & Evaluation Officer, Program Coordinator Sustainable Livelihoods, Project Coordinator Public Financing and Agriculture, Graduate Trainee and Driver. The successful candidates will be based at ActionAid Head Office in Kampala with frequent travels to our field offices.

Job Overview:
The successful candidate will provide Transport Services, Administrative and Other Logistical Support to Staff and Stakeholders in line with the AAU Policies and Procedures

Job Requirements:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Demography, Statistics; Economics, project planning or any other relevant field.

Skills and Abilities:
• Data Entry and analysis
• Database programing and improvement
• Project conceptualisation
• Proficiency in M&E
• Report writing

Language/s:
He/She MUST be fluent in English, Luo and any other Local Language/s

Job Duties:
1. Review past reports and extract data on various indicators for entry into the MIS
2. Enter program data into the MIS on a regular basis and update the online MIS
3. Support LRP and program staff with validation of data
4. Analyze data and extract reports on a monthly basis
5. Participate in field data generation and validation.
