Job Overview:
- The Credit Manager will be responsible for the overall credit operations in the organization; strengthening Credit Committees as a basis for business loans approvals. Participate in the review of credit policies and procedures. S/he is also responsible for Capacity building for credit staff. Ensure healthy, growing and sustainable portfolio.
Job Requirements:
- Degree from recognised institutions in the following areas; Commerce, Social Sciences, Business Administration and Education,
- At least 5 years’ experience in the microfinance sector in at least two products (Business Loans and Group Lending).
- 3 years’ experience in credit management at a Senior Level,
- Post graduate Diploma in Management is an added advantage.
