Job Overview:
The Rwenzori Technical Trainee will be responsible for safely assisting in operating plant and equipment through learning and developing relevant skills and expertise in the technical function.

Job Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with good grades
• At least a year’s experience in manufacturing
• High degree of personal integrity and attention to detail
• Must have conceptualized and innovative thinking
• Goal orientation and strong output bias.
• The applicant should have a proactive mindset, self-driven, self-starter
• Possess the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
• Computer literacy skills i.e. Word, Power point and excel is a must
• Good communication skills
• Customer centric disposition.
• Excellent team player

Job Duties:

•     Learn, Understand and support the SABMiller manufacturing excellence practices
•     Develop skills in ensure good housekeeping at work place
•     Develop skills to ably manage sites and services
•     Actively participate and facilitate troubleshooting and problem solving
•     Maintain a safe and healthy working environment
