Job Overview:
The Branch Manager will be responsible for the overall success of the branch. The position exists to provide leadership to the entire branch staff to provide properly appraised and quality loans to the economically active business persons. Manage the smooth day-today implementation of the MFI at the branch or sub-branch office level, effectively and efficiently achieve goals set out for the branch in LUL Budgets & targets framework and in the business plan and Ensure quality field operations related to the selection of clients, disbursement of loans and collection of repayments.
Job Requirements:
- Degree from recognised institutions in the following areas; Commerce, Social Sciences, Business Administration and Education,
- Experience in the same position is an added advantage.
- At least 3 years’ experience in the microfinance sector,
- Good judgment and decision-making ability – as well as a team player,
- Ability to detect and solve institutional risks.
