Job Description:
The Human Resource and Administration Manager will primarily oversee all HR functions in-country including recruitment, on boarding, training, and employment services. In addition, the HRM will serve in a key FH/Uganda leadership role, liaising between staff and upper management and facilitating interdepartmental communication and positive relationship building among all staff. The HRM will contribute to the overall smooth operation of FH I Uganda’s administration and program areas by providing guidance for all employment and personnel issues.
Job Requirements:
- The best candidate must possess a Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Community Health or its equivalent from a recognized Institution.
- Registered with the Allied Health Professionals Council.
- Three or more years’ experience in clinical practice.

Job Duties:
- Offer health care treatment to patients in compliance to the acceptable medical standards.
- Participate in the Centres’ out- reach programs.
- Participate in the Centres' health education programs.
