Job Requirements:

• Overall 10 experience in the industry with a minimum 4 years+ of experience in a Managerial/Leadership role in IT Sales.
• Qualification: Post Graduate from a reputed Institution, preferable with a science background.
• Proven IT sales management experience, together with a good record of achieving targets
• Experience of managing multiple customers across geographies
• Good Networking across the Industry
• Proven people leadership
• Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written, and both technical and non- technical, and the ability to work with a diverse group of individuals in a professional and service-oriented manner
• Experience 10 to 12 years 
• Desired skills; Sales & IT

Job Duties:
• Responsible for meeting minimum sales and collections standards
• Must be able to build a profitable business
• Should provide strong leadership, develop strong infrastructure and maintain clear communications
• Should analyze the latest market trends and develops a plan based on the results
• Must focus on the Centre’s sales and collection goals
• Should manage customer relationships and customer retention
• Should provide training to Sales executives & managing a team
