Job Requirements:
• A University degree (BSc) Computer Science/ Information Technology/ ICT from a recognized university;  minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible experience as a Systems Administrator/Engineer ( UNIX and Windows Server system)
• Knowldge and experience in managing VOIP and IP PABX systems
• Understanding of networking concepts and protocols / tools
• Experience in managing internet service applications ( LAMP, BIND, Postfix, Asterisk, MySQL)
• Demonstrated experience with Linux VM (Proxmox and VMWare) desired.

Job Duties:
• Be responsible for service assurance and service delivery in a professional and customer friendly manner.
• Diagnosing complex customer application issues, providing quick and accurate solutions.
• Handling all 2nd level customer support tickets as assigned, ensuring they are resolved in the shortest time.
• Managing voice systems and services.
• Monitoring hardware health, performing periodic maintenance, upgrades, backup and optimization across production and corporate servers.
• Provisioning, monitoring and maintaining services ensuring minimal setup time and maximum service availability.
• Prioritizing tasks effectively, documenting procedures, and setting deadlines.
• Providing 24 x 7 on call support and on site for major issues.
• Supporting and maintaining Linux servers in a visualized environment.
• Implementing best-practice methodologies for managing and maintaining ROKE Telkom’s data center environments.
