About Us
Century Bottling Company Limited is a Franchise Bottler and distributor of Coca-Cola Products in Uganda, currently seeking to recruit a well-qualified and self-motivated candidate to fill the vacancy above.

Job Duties:

•     Be responsible for adequate production to meet demand and achieve production efficiencies in line with company standards.
•     Achieve raw material yields particularly on crowns and Carbon dioxide (CO2.)
•     Document and implement all daily, weekly and monthly production records in line with our Coca- Cola requirements.
•     (KORE), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point ( HACCP) and  MDWT(Mission Directed Work Team) requirements. 
•     Ensure the line starts on time and with minimal rejects, run efficiently and close down with minimal rejects while optimizing output.
•     Be ready to meet deadlines as per job requirements.
•     Perform any other duty as may be assigned.

Job Requirements:

•     Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Production Engineering.
•     At least 3 years’ experience in industrial mechanical work preferably an FMCG.
•     Must possess good analytical ability, problem solving  and leadership skills, with a proactive attitude.
•     Must be a strong team player possessing a high degree of integrity, flexibility, honesty and ability to work under minimum supervision.
