Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Records Management, Statistics, Information Technology or its equivalent

• Knowledge of computer packages essential like Ms Word, Access, Excel and Outlook.

Job Duties:

• Ensure client records are filed and kept away

• Update Navision and SMIS system and the client master lists.

• Handle client queries and complaints in a confidential, professional and timely manner.

• Write and submit reports to the Operations Manager
