Job Overview:
The Sales Executives will be required to achieve set sales and market
penetration targets in health insurance through excellent sales planning and account management.

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (sales, marketing etc.)
• Possess the ability to work in a team
• Willingness and ability to learn quickly
• Working knowledge of computer software programs, especially MS Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
• Possession of a positive and resilient attitude alongside a passion for sales
• Possession of sales experience in the healthcare insurance sector will be of an added advantage

Job Duties:

•     Achieve revenue targets as set by the line manager
•     Achieve customer / company recruitment targets as set by the line manager
•     Frequently review sales performance priorities with the line manager
•     Pursue new customer opportunities in the area as may be assigned from time to time
•     Responsible for proper and sufficient product knowledge dissemination by ensuring customer knowledge and understanding of all VUHC insurance health services on offer
•     Strive to improve visibility of VUHC services and products at customer premises
