Job Overview:
The incumbent will be responsible for co-operation project operation work, help client set business target and operation tactics, and responsible part of operation activities; Externally, execute business plan with carriers/third party; new users and business development to increase revenue. Internally, push for product solution, content integration plan and delivery to ensure the quality of product continuous operation; must be proficient in MS Office software especially for excel, passion for work, must be a committed individual.


Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Telecommunications and Computer Science
• At least two years’ VAS operation experience
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Previous experience in communicating with customers will be an advantage.
• Business etiquette, customer orientation, problem solving skill and Customer management skill.
• Excellent communication skill (Verbal and Written)
• Great attitude for self learning.
• Possess the ability to work under pressure.

• Work environment; Office-based with some travelling

Job Duties:

•     Offer support in marketing analysis research
•     In charge of Operational planning
•     Responsible for offering outputs in the operational reports
•     User Experience Management and Optimization
•     Responsible for offering courteous customer support
•     Data Statistics and Analysis
•     Settlement management

    Responsible for Partner Management.
    Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
