Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance /Accounting
- Experience in Tax, benefits and Human Resources administration
- Preveious experience in compensation and remuneration
- Indepth knowledge of statutory deduction requirements and laws
- Ability to handle confidential information and work under pressure
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
- Proficient in IT especially Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word)
Job Duties:
- Implement compensation and benefits scheme according to the market according to the Company's recommendations.
- Actively participate in compensation and benefits surveys
- Follow up and advise on statutory deductions such as tax and social security
- Compile, prepare monthly, quarterly and other required reports on turnover, evolution, costs and budgets
- Coordinate and collect accurate information for head count and budgeting purposes.
