Job Requirements:

• A Bachelors degree in Engineering, Social Sciences or Law

Experience   

• 3-5 years experience working with national content
• Indepth knowledge of national content regulations and requirements
• Excellent understanding of Oil and Gas operator's activities,policies and strategies.
• Good knowledge of Project Mangement

Skills   

• Excellent negotiation and mediation skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• High level of IT proficiency ( Microsoft Office : Powerpoint,Word,Excel)
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills

Job Duties:

• Participate in the definition of the National Content Plan of the affiliate and coordinate its implementation and follow up.
• Monitor the suppliers commitment and achievements in close collaboration with Contract & Purchasing department and technical entities
• Continously follow-up of the National Content regulations and policies in close collaboration with the legal department. Ensure that the affiliate is always compliant with the National Content obligations.
• Coordinate with the partners all National Content initiatives for the Lake Albert project.
• Participate as required in external presentations on National Content with stakeholders and GoU.
• Propose and manage the national content budget
• Coordinate with the Environment and Social Affairs department all National Content initiatives related to Local communities and ensure they are in line with the National Content plan
• Develop capacity development initiatives for the Company and project the Company's image positively with respect to National Content practices.
• Update Management on the Directives/Bill/Laws/Regulations relating to National Content
