As part of the ongoing period of growth, Norbrook Uganda Limited is seeking to recruit an experienced Sales & Marketing Person to join its current Sales force as a Technical Sales Representative in Uganda.

Job Overview:
The Sales & Marketing professional will primarily be responsible for the profitable development of the Norbrook business within an agreed customer territory by planning appropriate customer calls and visits, keeping up-to-date with market prices, regularly make cold calls to meet agreed targets, attend and contribute to meetings, investigate and resolve customer complaints and any other duties as requested by management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

•     A Diploma or a Degree in Animal Production and Management or an equivalent qualification from a reputable institution
•     At least 1 to 3 years’ experience in sales within the pharmaceutical industry is an added advantage.
•     Possess the ability to operate in a fast-paced and changing market environment
•     Willingness to travel and work in rural parts of Uganda.
•     Hold a Valid and clean riding/driving license.
