Job Description:
The CPCS Receptionist/Office Manager  will have the responsibility of  coordinating and directing the daily workflow for the administrative support functions for the Kampala office which is situated on Tank Hill Road in Mutungo.

Job Requirements:

  • The ideal applicant should possess a University degree or diploma in a related discipline.
  • Be highly self-motivated and goal oriented and possess excellent leadership, management and networking skills, pleasant personality and friendly disposition.
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication, good customer service, time and project management skills
  • Possess the ability to multitask, must be dependable and trustworthy
  • Computer literacy skills i.e. proficiency in using Microsoft Office software
  • Ability to work flexible hours.

Job Duties:
  • Driving NEMA project vehicle for the transport of authorized personnel, documents and other items;
  • Logging official trips, daily mileage, gas/fuel consumption among others;
  • Ensuring that the vehicle is serviced on time;
  • Ensuring that the vehicle is properly maintained and kept clean at all times;
  • Follow the rules and procedures on the management of the vehicles as prescribed by the project
  • Following the steps required by rules and regulations in case of accident; and
  • Perform any other tasks that may be assigned.

He/ She will have strong competency in Microsoft Office applications especially Word and Excel and must have excellent skills in spoken and written English. forklift training courses
