Job Requirements:

•     Should hold an Engineering degree in Mechanical, Hydraulics, Electrical or any other related discipline.
•     At least five to seven years’ experience in related industry with a good knowledge of the Uganda market.
•     Significant experience in previous multi-nationals would be an added advantage.
•     Be a self-starter and self-motivated individual
•     Hold an excellent performance track record
•     Possess the ability to work in a matrix structure in a highly diversified and cross-border team.
•     Age: 25-35 Years

Job Duties:

• Clear assist in the identification of customer needs, service/repair and new product installations for our wide range of equipment including Earth moving and construction machineries.
• Carry out customer operator training and certification.
• Play an advisory role on preventive maintenance to customers.
• Responsible for handling of repair invoices and warranty claims.
• Responsible for maintaining optimal parts inventory.
