Job Description:

Key Results Areas:
• Carry out scheduled and unscheduled inspections and report on the state of the leased assets and others owned or introduced by UEDCL, hence assess compliance with the Lease and Assignment Agreement (LAA);
• Liaise with Concessionaire to collect data on a continuous basis and assist in building and monitoring the asset inventory in the Distribution System in line with the asset management policy;
• Carry out system studies as and when required;
• Assist in building and monitoring the asset inventory in the Distribution System in line with the asset management policy;
• Assist in compilation of monthly and annual reports on unit activities in accordance with UEDCL policies and procedures;
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:
• Must have a Bachelors degree in Electrical engineering;
• Postgraduate qualification in either of Monitoring and Evaluation, Asset Management, Geographical Information Systems (GIS) will be an added advantage;
• Certification in Power distribution software like ETAP, Powermaster and others will be an added advantage;
• Experience of not less than 2 Years in the Electricity Sector;
• Report writing and presentation skills are an important value;
• Driving permit is a necessity;
