Job Title: IT Instructor

Job Requirements:
• Graduate, preferably with computer background
• Should have strong interpersonal, communication, presentation skills.
• Good team player. Needs to have zeal and enthusiasm to quickly learn and contribute.
• Candidate with certifications with have added advantage.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of prior experience in the relevant area

Desired skills: Java, oracle, sql, .net, Cisco, Linux.

Duties:
• Planning for the coverage of modules in the allocated batches.
• Conducting classes based on the given curriculum
• Will be responsible for conducting onsite/offsite training for corporate clients.
• Usage of appropriate guidelines and technical reference material for the conduct of education delivery.
• Updating the student’s service executive about the courseware requirement at least two weeks in advance to ensure the timely delivery of courseware to the students.
• Scheduling the exams at least two weeks in advance in coordination with Training manager and also ensuring fair conduct of examinations and giving results to the students on time.
• Ensure timely batch closures.
• Maintaining pertinent records of education delivery and student appraisal such as student attendance and mark sheets.
• Reporting machine related faults, maintenance requests to the relevant authorities.
• Assisting training manager in different roles like certificate printing, infrastructure maintenance, online testing administration etc.
• Conducting and managing various workshops for existing/new clients in co-ordination with sales team and GM for Brand promotion/visibility.
• Participating in the review of Education Delivery by TM.
