Job Overview:
The successful candidate will beresponsible for of Branch Loan Officers whilst ensuring that business goes on effectively.

Job Requirements:

• Degree from recognised institutions in the following areas; Commerce, Social Sciences, Business Administration and Education,
• Experience in the same position is an added advantage.
• At least 3 years’ experience in the microfinance sector,
• Good judgment and decision-making ability – as well as a team player,
• Ability to detect and solve institutional risks.
